To celebrate my return, I am holding a contest!!
I will make this as simple and easy to understand as I can.

SEASONAL CREATURE DESIGN CONTEST

Design your own seasonal critter!!


RULES:

Design your critter around one of the 4 seasons of the year

Anything goes for your critter design EXCEPT you can not design it after something already created, and it can not be mechanical!
This means you can make them glowy, spikey, slimy, scaly, whatever you like!
This also includes the medium. You may use any medium EXCEPT pixel art,  UNLESS it is VERY detailed and a full picture. No icon designs please.
You may also make the creature ANY size or species! Example being you could make it a snake like one, or a deer or maybe even a dragon!!

You may have up to 4 entries!!! How you chose to enter is up to you, you may have 1 for each season, or 4 of 1 season, that is up to you.
Even though you may enter this many times, ONLY 1 entry will win.

If you enter more than 1 please submit them as separate picture entries (1  per deviation please, no 4 critters on 1 page)

Make sure your critter fits the season. AKA no predominately black critters, they must have colors that represent the feel or looks the seasons give!
Color examples are given below. Please note that you may add more colors to your design, but the design does need to have at least 2 of the colors listed

FOR WINTER CRITTERS:
Winter critters must have white and light blue or light purple in their design

FOR SPRING CRITTERS:
Spring critters must have light green and pink or light brown in their design

FOR SUMMER CRITTERS:
Summer critters need to have dark green and brown or gold in their design

FOR FALL CRITTERS:
Fall critters need to have orange and gold or brown in their design

  You need to submit at least 2 angles of the critter on the same sheet. One of the angles MUST be a side angle!

If you do not fave the journal you will not be judged




HOW YOU WILL BE JUDGED

You will be judged on originality and cleanliness as well as the overall design(s). Your skill doesn't matter so much, as long as I can clearly see what it is.

Backgrounds are not required nor do they get you extra points, but if your critter is very light/dark in coloring, please have a good contrasting background for it.

Extras angles or detail shots get you extra points. The more I know about the critter's full design, the better.
